It all started in 1996 when Kelly and Andy were living on the same street in River Forest and were on the Twin Anchors K-Ball team together...

But really, the two went to Roosevelt Middle School and Oak Park River Forest High School together. Kelly remembers chasing Andy through middle school but nothing came of it besides one bashful kiss.

The real story begins in 2022 when Kelly was on a relaxing trip with her girlfriends and woke up remembering Andy vividly in her dream. She decided to message him on Instagram and tell him about it. It had been 12 years since they last saw each other, but they decided to meet for happy hour at one of both of their favorites (Sportsman's Club) on a Tuesday. They spent 7 hours together that first night, and couldn't imagine spending much time apart thereafter.

They've been going out to happy hours and dinner together ever since.
